Customer service of the workers is great 5/5 but quality of wash is where my rating is at. Bought a car about 2 weeks ago…and got the membership since I’m wanting to take care of it and it was in need of a wash and vacuum only to come out of the wash with scratches it didn’t start with ….not happy. Instantly emailed to cancel membership yet to hear back if that was even noted so it won’t renew next month…. Scratched up my paint around fender and door handles :/
I came in today to get my car clean , Jimmy was a big help with setting me up for a $20 wash and explaining how the membership works, I will be back because of him, the reason for the 4 starts is the vacuum's could be better, the suction is not that great to pull out all the dog hair
I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to shout out Jimmy, his attention to detail is amazing and he treats every car likes it’s his own vehicle. Everytime I come up here to get a wash, hes always so respectful and always pressures washes my rims and gets my trunk area where the brushes in the wash doesn’t get, thank you Ronny’s Carwash for the amazing service.
I absolutely love this car wash! the guys up there are very sweet and very helpful and definitely gets the job done professionally!
I have a membership with ronnie's and all over pensacola, milton pace.This is an amazing place to detail your car. however, today, the milton location is extremely busy.I had to wait to get into the car wash.I was about the eighth car back then.I had to wait to detail my car and I needed air in one of my tires.However, you have two unmarked cars with police officers in there on their laptops doing paperwork.
