Customer service of the workers is great 5/5 but quality of wash is where my rating is at. Bought a car about 2 weeks ago…and got the membership since I’m wanting to take care of it and it was in need of a wash and vacuum only to come out of the wash with scratches it didn’t start with ….not happy. Instantly emailed to cancel membership yet to hear back if that was even noted so it won’t renew next month…. Scratched up my paint around fender and door handles :/
Car wash does a good job. Convenient. Final rinse could use improvement as some colored car wash product is not completely rinsed off vehicle. The employees do a good job preparing vehicle for automatic wash.
Ronny’s is an average car wash. It’s basically an automated car wash with 5 or so different wash levels. There are people here to make sure your tires are in the track and to spray green foam on your windshield but it’s not anything remarkable. I typically see 4 guys “working” two are lining you up and spraying the foam and the other two are on their phones elsewhere. When I bought my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado pickup was in showroom condition . Thanks to Ronny's Car Wash I've been able to keep it looking new inside and out. Very time I roll out of the parking lot with my car shinning inside and out, it's makes me feel proud when people comment on how nice my truck looks. Even the tires still shine like new . Best AI machine answering system i have encountered so far. Made it easy to update credit card. I even made mistakes while providing the info, I corrected details while speaking, and the ai agent got everything correct. I was off the phone in just a few minutes! Great job.
