Terrible customer service, horrible responsiveness. They double change and refuse to work with customers
Nothing against employees, just wish they would stay on top of the trash that is brought over onto my company lot everyday. It is really exhausting having to pick up their trash everyday day either from the wind or the homeless digging in their dumpster.
My vehicle doesn’t require much upkeep — I use the car wash often and know that I’m ultimately responsible for keeping it clean and maintained. Ronnie’s provides exactly what I expect: a quick, convenient drive-through wash, rinse, and dry. For any extra detailing, I handle that myself. I also appreciate seeing young people working here — it’s great that the business is able to keep a solid team and keep things running smoothly.
They said they would spray my rims never touched them got told they didn't have membership come to find out they do just every body not sure what they was doing
