As with others, dealing with RCH is one of the most frustrating experiences you will ever encounter. He will promise you the world (he is a GREAT salesman) but rest assured your house will never be finished. Do you like to have your emails/text ignored? Then he is the right guy for you!!! We completed our home ~1 year ago and it was the worst experience of our life. The project took twice as long and the contract price was totally irrelevant as they have no clue how to estimate and simply pass that cost to the homeowner. If you care about your money, and time FIND another builder.
