We completed our custom home ~1 year ago of which was the worst experience of my wife and my life. He told us our house was going to cost X, however ever corner we turned he wanted more money for a change for items that was in the original specs and contract. RCH has no ability to mange their crews, no concept of timeline or urgency to complete the project. Our build took almost 2 years and 50% over the original budget. BEWARE - Ronny took over for his father but he simply has shown that he doesn't have the following: 1) Construction Knowledge - Cost my family 100K for repairs 2) Contractor Management - his contractors NEVER finished on time and had really small crews 3) Quality of work - Left paint lines all over house, wrong install on windows, poor stucco and brick work, no vents in attic, etc... 4) ZERO compromise - when trying to discuss all these issues he simply said it was all acceptable or not his fault repeatedly. 5) Reactive not ... read more
