Great shop great staff , and excellent mechanic.
Slow, terrible communication with car status and never their fault . Front lady calls herself a manager can not even return a phone call. Disappointed as car has been delayed over 2 weeks.
While on a vacation to the Southwest, we had the catalytic converter stolen from our van in Elk City, OK. I found Big Elk Automotive and Exhaust on the internet. The owner, Scott and his team were extremely helpful and got us back on the road in 6 hours which included obtaining a new converter from Oklahoma City, several hours away. During this time, they provided a comfortable room to wait in which included a TV. Scott's wife also made us lunch at no cost.
