Damsel in distress! Just moved to the area and my car died on the side of rt. 50. Called his shop and he gave me a tow number and fixed my car at a reasonable price. Went very smoothly! Ronnie has got a new customer for life.

Been using Ronnie General Repair for 10 years since I came from Northern Virginia. Never had an issue, yes he is busy and very fair in pricing. He can give you a ball park price when you ask. He does not advertise, word of mouth and excellent work keeps him going! One does have to drop off the vehicle, to be worked on for 1-3 days most of the time, Ronnie will advise you when you do.

Terrible place, kept my car 10 days, never called to give me an estimate, and pretended to have completed the work for over $600 without my permission ! When I went to pick up the car, nothing had been done on it! Nice try!! And insulted us when we asked questions !! Stay away!!
