Really bummed to be writing this review because I was so pleased with the customer service when I came in. I came in about a week ago because I was having trouble with my car and they were in the area. I asked them to change my tire while they looked at it and they did. They took my car for about 8 hours and called me saying they found nothing wrong with it and did a factory reset. I have been going to Ronnie's for years. I've received nothing but incredible service, friendly customer service, competitive prices, as well as, jobs done within an extremely reasonable amount of time. Some of the employees I've seen all through those years, meaning they have experienced mechanics. I think a random bad review could destroy what good this business actually provides.
