Horrible service, no update of any case result, disappeared after I paid him to be my representative of the ticket case, not sure why person like this can be a paralegal, a certain shame for paralegal to have someone acts like this

he promised well so I paid and let him handle my tickets. then I was in a nightmare! he refused to communicate and hang up my call all the time simply telling me (by sms)that my date is still 2 months away, he didn't have time for it yet, he even refused to provide me with my case profiles that he already received long ago because he thought I would bother to come and discussed it with him tooo early!
