12pm appt i arrive at 1158 - I counted 7 drivers that arrived after me get loaded/unloaded & left all within 30-40min, if that! When i went to see what was the hold up the guy who told me which dock to bump acted as if he didnt know who i was or what i was there for When they finally started to load me i felt my trailer move every 30 minutes or so. They do not care about your time so come early, or not at all in my opinion. Backing will be tight, they have employees coming in and out of the same lot they dock/hold trucks in.... read more
It wasn't bad, 1 hour delivery time.
Very very bad Parson here to much waste time no truck parking I came hear 8:00 am now 7:00 pm 11 hours wait still wait for load
Had a 6am appointment arrived at 830pm the previous night, they took me to back into door 5 and that they would unload me sometime in the night, not to worry about getting paperwork it would be on the desk in the morning, couldn’t ask for a nicer bunch of people, the receiver said quote on quote, we treat drivers the way they treat us… if you’re demanding, plan on staying awhile especially if you’re early if you’re early and patient you’ll get unloaded….
Appt at 11:30 got dock at 9 o clock . quick unloading . thnks
