Dr Mimran was excellent in my meeting with him. He took time to explain things completely and helped set up my next steps on the healing process. I found his staff friendly and helpful.
Although Dr Mimran is on leave i can tell you that he has done Two spinal surgeries. Cervical dissection and fusion of c-4 to 7 and lower lumbar several years later. I trust him and will wait till he returns for my surgery.
The front office staff need to be more pleasant. I'm in the medical field, and it's disappointing to know that I can't receive the type of service I give to my patients everyday. However this is no reflection on the doctor, but improvements must be made. Maybe some retraining and re-education would suffice.
I had a bad experience working with Dr. Mimran and his staff. Appointments were rescheduled frequently and follow up was poor. I would not recommend being seen by this practice.
