Me and my fiancé put in an application for one of their properties and at the time they said they had no applications in so would be the first. We put in our application shortly after viewing the home. We get a call two days later from Mr. Butler saying they couldn’t rent the home to us because my fiancé had a charge on his background. My fiancé had advised Mr. Butler he has a paper signed from a judge saying the charge was dismissed and shouldn’t be on his record.
