We had a very large property damage claim of the type which we had never dealt with and as a result we needed a lot of assistance, This agency was very responsive and helpful with this as well as several auto insurance changes. I highly recommend this agency.
Stay away from them! I have been a customer of AmFam for a long time and have never had service this bad. The agent Ronni is extremely unresponsive unless she thinks she can get a sale out of you. Jenna at the office has a horrible attitude and it takes them forever to get anything done. When looking for a way to save money on my policy, the agency suggested lowering my coverage to an amount that is inadequate. I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy.
