Receptionist was very rude.
Dr Burley and all of the Physicians are so helpful and supportive, Especially my NP Carla bensford is so patient and she answers all of my questions. I am so thankful for them. My only problem is the front desk staff. They are so rude and not understandable. I hope they hire somebody nice and better that deserves to be a receptionist.
I’m so sad that this is how women care for each other in America. I just had a horrible flashback of my visit to this office. I have been thru so much, and all I remember was begging Carla to get me to doc side for a hysterectomy. I’m the perfect candidate and yet years ago , by two different women’s clinics, I was denied ! NP and doctors. primary doctor and this office. I but I’m hoping this sacred cycle will shift

Dr. Burley is a great doctor but her staff are so rude… I’m considering going somewhere because I can’t take it anymore. Every year the same people at the front… Carla is very sweet too. Honestly I haven’t seen Dr. Burley is 6 years… never has time.
