My Grapple truck got stuck in the mud a few days ago. Julie took the call and was incredibly friendly, professional, and understanding of the situation. The operator, Rodney came out in the fastest time ever (I’ve had my share of being stranded since I started commercial driving in ‘05). Julie was awesome. I drive a Semi for a company out of Louisville, KY. My Semi was blown over on 3/11/26 on Hwy 30. The State Trooper called Ronks. They showed up and professionaly, and expediantly got the truck on its wheels.
Kaden was very professional and kind. Not only did he pull my mom's car out from the ditch, later that evening a another family member ran out of gas. Kaden was on his way home and stopped and helped that family member. He took the time and back tracked into town and got gas for that person.
Awesome service! I had a truck stuck and needed someone quick to pull it out for me she was quick and priced affordable! Thanks for the help!
