This company is seriously the best. Starting with the receptionist and extending to the technician. Greg came out, was incredibly professional, kind, and took care of the problem at an excellent price. If you are trying to find a good furnace repair company stop looking and call Ronk Brothers.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! They couldn't even figure out the problem with our furnace and still charged us despite their warranty on labor! We fixed the issue ourselves 2 weeks later. I callednand spoke with Paul with Ronk Bros. Paul's excuse was, since we didn't use them for the part and labor we couldn't get the diagnostic charge back.
