These people listed a guitar on Facebook Marketplace. I unfortunately bought it. They admitted they aren't a music store and it shows. There are "too many cooks in the kitchen" answering emails here. Lots of confusion on their end about who's the customer and where things are being shipped. I never knew which of the staff I was talking to...
