FIRST ALL. This is the cleanest gym iv ever been to. You can tell how much love and effort the owners put into their space and their clients experiences. I RAVE about Kevin and his team, I am SO comfortable working out here. (Im so strong now its crazy) its a very welcoming environment for all people. They have open gym or one on one lessons. Also amazing is that they care about their community, they really contribute. Amazing private gym experience 100000/10 Favorite place to be.
Owner Kevin is an expert technician with the human body. Let him know your goals and he'll create the program to accomplish it. Plus the staff is great, clean environment, conveniently located to numerous towns and major roads and great music. I give it two thumps up 👍👍
