Tried Ronic caravans after having trouble getting the correct size grease nipple for my caravan. Not the sort of item most caravan places stock. The staff in the front office were extremely helpful. They went out to the workshop and returned with a suitable grease nipple! Can highly recommend for there 'can do' attitude! Will definitely use Ronic Caravans and RV for my next caravan service.
Rowan, Nicole and the team done a magnificent job on my van. Unfortunately there was more damage than first expected but Nicole kept us totally informed. Ronic are a totally professional team and their work is of the highest standard. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to get the van back to us as soon as humanly possible. Thanks again Ronic.
They never reply to emails or phone calls.you virtually have to go to the workshop and talk to them. They could not do the job , they said they could do. At the end they gave me back my van , but damaged and unfinished door and unfinished interior fittings. The whole scenario took four months.
