Rowan, Nicole and the team done a magnificent job on my van. Unfortunately there was more damage than first expected but Nicole kept us totally informed. Ronic are a totally professional team and their work is of the highest standard. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to get the van back to us as soon as humanly possible. Thanks again Ronic.
They never reply to emails or phone calls.you virtually have to go to the workshop and talk to them. They could not do the job , they said they could do. At the end they gave me back my van , but damaged and unfinished door and unfinished interior fittings. The whole scenario took four months.
Had the following work done on Monday 26th May at Ronic on our 2014 Silverline Model 25-78-2 Replaced fabric over slide out awning Fitted and wired dual fans to rear of Dometic 3 way Absorption frig.to enhance ventilation. Replaced defective LED entry grab handle with new assembly. Diagnosed wiring fault in shower exhaust fan and replaced corroded wiring. Very happy with all work performed by team at Ronic at a reasonable cost. Thoroughly recommend this caravan repair shop. We are return customers from Victoria.
