dr dermo was the best i ended up having her throughout my third trimester and for a ftm who was nervous about the swabs she made me feel very comfortable she’s so sweet and knows how to lighten the mood and was answering my questions when i was sent over to be induced due to my blood pressure being high. she’s one of the first doctors to actually listen to you and not just answer your question or respond with “ that’s normal in pregnancy” like my other doctor
As her patient, I absolutely enjoy Dr. Dermo.
I’ll admit the office definitely could improve answering the phone. HOWEVER, Dr. Dermo herself is probably the best OBGYN I could have imagined to have during pregnancy and delivery. She has always made me 100% comfortable during my visits and does her best to lighten the mood so it’s less awkward. She was supportive and gentle during my labor, and was never reluctant to answer my many many first time mom questions. 5 stars for a 5 star OB!
Only reason it's not one star is because Dr. Dermo herself is really great. The office staff however, is the worst I've ever seen in a professional setting. My wife has left this office crying three times throughout her pregnancy about how she's been talked to and treated here. Every other doctor we've had to use over the years has been perfectly fine, this one in particular needs some serious help at the front desk and improvements to their customer service.
