Nothing remarkable about my experience until they applied a $400 “failed appointment” fee for a cleaning I cancelled the day before because my childcare fell through. We don’t live with family nearby, not sure if they think my options of leaving my 10 month old home alone vs bring him to my cleaning vs pay $400 are reasonable. I was so excited to go to a fully female-owned and operated dentist. I had gone to the same dentist in SF for over 15 years (also female-owned and operated) and never had any issues. We moved to Marin, and I missed 2 dentist appointments (1 year's worth), being pregnant/a new mom, my priorities shifted. O’Connor Dental is AMAZING! The office is super family-friendly, the team is warm, welcoming, and always makes me feel completely heard. They go above and beyond every single visit, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else. Highly recommend this office!
In my opion this DDS office is only interested in making money. I made an appt to have my teeth cleaned without asking how much they charge for a cleaning. That's on me. When I arrived I asked how much the cleaning was without dental insurance and it was an astronomical amount. I said I couldn't afford it and they charged me $175 for a cancellation feel.
O’Connor Dental is the best! The team is so kind and gentle, and they somehow manage to turn my dental anxiety into a totally stress-free experience. Everyone here is upbeat, friendly, and makes you feel like you’re part of the family. Honestly—10/10
