We would NOT recommend using Rongitsch Construction, Inc. We had a custom home designed with an architect. We made it clear that we own the design plans. Each page of our plans had the ownership printed on it. We even had Mr. Rongitsch sign a document stating that we owned the design plans, which could not be used or modified without our written permission.
