My last visit i waited too long in the room and I was freezing. It was too cold in the room
The doctor was very patient and spoke slowly and clearly because English is not my first language, which made it much easier for me to understand everything he was explaining. This was my first experience at this clinic, and I had a very positive experience. The doctor was kind, respectful, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns
