Dr. Arai is amazing - I met him through a procedure. Even though he was not my doctor at the time, he called me following up, and help me to get an appointment when I decided to switch. It truly feels like I am a patient and not a customer - and that is what I think medicine should be about - I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.
