Rondor looked after the cracked water line under our front yard. They were responsive, patient with our questions and knew how to get the job done fast so we could get our water back on. Pricing was right, no messing around. Overall great experience.
Terrible experience with this company. Residential service line burst monday morning. Filled out a request for a quote Monday, no response. Called Tuesday morning. receptionist took my info and said an estimator would call me back. No call back tuesday, or wednesday... then today Ron calls me after showing up to my house unannounced and with out arranging a time with me.
