Adequate Entry notification – Our Apartments are nice, and have good responce to needs. But I think we should get a full 24 hours notice to entry, to allow tenant to have a household representative to be home. No one wants a stranger to go into ther home when they are not present.
WORST APARTMENT MANAGEMENT IN ANAHEIM, CA – I live at Casa Del Prado - rented by Rondell Homes. Management at Casa Del Prado is just horrible. About a month ago I called management (Jessie) and told her my outlets were not working well. I plugged my vacuum cleaner and it made a small explosion, I got electrocuted and it burnt my vacuum cleaner motor. Not a good place to live – I live at Cambridge Terrace Apartment in Anaheim 3233 W Lincoln Ave. western/Lincoln and the the entire building is filled with them. Nobody at the complex does anything to take care of the problem, We are all getting major allergy symptoms and get bit every single night,, we are in the process of moving ..
