Federal law protects older citizens and so does Tennessee law as it clearly provides that: Any person who knowingly uses, or has knowingly used, a method, act or practice which targets elderly persons and is in violation of this part is liable to the state for a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation. Scam Artist Stay Away
Didn't get travel information until the last minute going to Punta Cana, DR and returning. Showed up at the airport and did not a flight. Had to get her to re-book because United didn't get the money either. Arrived at my resort 12 hours later. Paid for the resort twice and was given a bad check for reimbursement. Vacation express cancelled the "original" trip with a charter flight that would have been perfect because the travel agency did not send the money I paid Ronda's well within the applicable time limits.
