The other views that are here seem to be manipulated and persuaded. On 9/1/23 I had an appointment for a follow-up and Dr. Alexander came in the room like hurricane Ida. She is very short patient and rude, while asking her a question. She put the spray in my nose and had a tissue directly on my face under my nose and with such pressure, I asked I can hold it and she pushed my hand out the way and was a bully. She needs to be restrained and retrained on how to really deal with the public. She gets 5 thumbs down.
Doctor Alexander is a true gem. She shows real care for her patients and is very relatable. I highly recommend her.
Very thorough and detailed oriented listens to my concern and takes time to listen to my concerns and respects my medical needs and thoroughly explains procedures and what to expect
