Poor communication and attitude from the front desk associate. They do not like to answer any questions, and seems like they do not want any business. I would avoid the headache, and look anywhere else.
I bought a new RV fresh water tank here in 2024 and they were great to work with. Today, I brought my rv in for them to spin weld on a plug for a hole that got punched in my grey tank. They crawled into the basement to do the work which saved me from having to cut and remove the plumbing to get the tank out. THANKS RONCO!

Once again, another person commenting about their communication skills far from little none the lady who works and answers the phone is beyond rude. This is not a professional place. You guys need a lot of learning on communication skills. The people you only take orders via email supposedly all of a sudden, after years of ordering via phone because a communication issues, which is absolute a lie.
