I wish I had read this companies reviews earlier. After having a tree in our yard removed we had Ronco come out to fix our damaged sprinkler system. When setting the appointment we scheduled a tune up for 4/29 but as advised on page provided the detail that our system needed at least 2 repairs (admittedly we did not know the extent at the time) When the technician arrived we explained and he immediately said they did not schedule him enough time. If you’re going to drive like that on Rte 7, completely disregarding anyone’s safety and being unreasonably aggressive, make sure your company logo isn’t displayed on your vehicle.

We used them this winter to winterize our irrigation system, and they failed to recognize our outdoor shower was attached to the irrigation and so it froze and broke completely. When I reached out to them about this, they said it wasn’t their fault because we didn’t notify them, but it’s attached to the irrigation. How could you not see this?
