My experience at Birds Ronbow - Livermore Showroom was not satisfactory. I went to the showroom expecting good service, but I did not get enough attention from the staff. Clear information about the products was not provided and my questions were answered very briefly. The waiting time was also longer than expected, which was a bit annoying. My experience with this company was very disappointing. In the beginning everything sounded professional and organized, but once the project started the experience became frustrating. I mainly dealt with the manager, Russell. Unfortunately the communication was not very cooperative and some of the things discussed at the beginning seemed to change later.
