We had Ronan Residential bid on an attached garage addition to our 1940 home. Everything about our experience with Ronan Residential was positive. We had a tight budget and a tight schedule and they were able to deliver on budget and ahead of schedule. The neighbors commented that there was always someone working on the house, even on weekends. Everyone who visits comments on the outstanding craftsmanship. We chose Ronan Residential (Justin & Liam) to complete the construction of our home's addition since we have long admired their work from completed homes on the South Shore. If you aren't familiar with their work, there are several high-end homes scattered throughout Cohasset and the Scituate cliffs.
