Our first experience with Ronald's Air Duct Service wasn’t perfect, but after speaking with them, they came back and explained everything clearly. The team did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts. They are very professional and really listen to their customers. Jesus and Bobby came out after we shared our concerns, and they made sure everything was handled well. Now, we’re planning to use their duct cleaning services regularly for our house. Highly recommended!
While the individual who completed the cleaning of our dryer vent was pleasant and professional, he failed to reinspect the exhaust vent located on the exterior of the building prior to departing. When I arrived home from work the following day, I noticed what appeared to be a collection of lint sticking out of the flaps of the vent….unconscionable considering the amount charged for the cleaning ($399). we called up gabriel for air duct cleaning. he was very honest and is knowledgeable about the process. he arrived on time and had our air ducts clean in about an hour. he was able to remove dust, dirt, and pet hair from our vents for a great price. thanks to his crew lawrence for the hard work. i would recommend them to anyone needing air duct cleaning!
