This review is meant for someone hesitating to see a dentist. If that’s you, read this one. Last night, for the first time in over 5 years, I didn’t wake up in pain from a toothache. My silly anxiety caused me to live with a busted up wisdom tooth for entirely too long. This dentist is top notch. I was surprised how quickly it all went. I won’t be taking my kid back here, not only did he act as if his job was a major inconvenience to his time he was very rude to my daughter. He made her uncomfortable and shamed her, and shamed me as a mother for not making her brush her teeth; and when he finally began to work on her teeth he did an unnecessary amount of grinding/drilling and got mad at her for having a panic attack, he caused her unnecessary pain and didn’t even fix the issue. Dr. Householder has a way to make you feel safe even when the situation looks scary. I was scared today when I went in. I didn’t know what was wrong with me so I was panicking when I went into the office. Dr. Householder and his staff made this whole experience one of the best of my life. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time I was there. The secretary (a wonderful lady) squeezed me in the schedule as soon as possible when I explained her what my symptoms were, even when my original appointment wasn’t until November. Th... read more
