Not a fan of excuses from this facility. Being told receptionist was let go but the actual issue lays with office assistant and doctor. Arrogant attitudes, and hacked up my toes after I explained to him of cutting to short. Before the end of the day, I had cuts in the corner of my big toes. When I called in again, nothing but attitude and refused to register a complaint. Advent Health and Troxell have zero confidence from me. Medicare patient or not, be careful with this group.zero stars if possible.
Dr Troxell has great bedside manner. Listens and offers his expertise. Surgery coming up and putting my trust in him
Dr Troxil and office staff make appointments a pleasurable experience. Absolutely never any issues.
