Im a little surprised at the reviews Ive seen for Lakeview Animal Hospital. My last golden retriever was a very sick girl by the time she hit 7 years old. Between violent seizures and allergies, I was at Lakeview several times a month. Always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and most importantly, compassionate. Dealt with all three vets at one time or another and never had any complaints. Dr. Stas and his staff have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me. Since finding them, I wouldn t feel comfortable going anywhere else. They are gentle and compassionate to human and animal alike. They always return my phone calls (many times at night and on the weekends) and have always given me sound advice. I can t recommend them more highly, and I believe having their services is a blessing to me and my pets.
In emergency situations this vet was not meeting my needs. If my dog seems like he has been poisoned they should take him right away not 5 hours later!! We need an emergency vet in this area.Other than that this is the cheapest vet in the area.
It has been a few years but....Always waited forever in the lobby, docs seemed disconnected from me as in not very interested in talking to me and telling me what to do ect., also tech told me my dog was nasty. Hello, you just got done poking, cutting, and drugging her. I would be nasty too! Was also pricy. I will never set foot in there again.
We take both our english springer spaniels here. They are great, always listen to us and answer any questions. I would recommend them to everyone
