I cannot say enough about Ron Reagan Statefarm Christine in the office helped me so much. She walked me through a life policy for my father, she helped me decide on the best plan for him as he was getting older and after a couple months it happened. He passed away and Statefarm handed me a check for the full amount of the policy. Christine was so amazing with her patience and her explanation of everything that she was talking to me about. Was called by an employee there that said their prices have came down yadayada. Two months later I'm paying double what I did through progressive. They lady that gave us our quote no longer works there 🤣 no tickets nor wrecks since joining back and here we are with rates going up every month. Sad what this agency has came to.
