The staff and the office as a whole are truly remarkable people whom my family and I admire greatly. We are profoundly grateful for the doctor's intervention, which prevented a potentially disastrous outcome for my sister, and we wish to express our deepest thanks to each and every one of you.
Garbage. My aunt went here for 6 months, had a pain in her stomach, they couldn’t pin point what the issue was. There was a lot of run around, miscommunication with appointments, I drove her to one & waited 2 & half hours for them to finally see her (we were first ones there) & still had to wait after a scheduled appointment. The nurses & staff are kind. I never met the doctor but it took him half a year to figure out it was CANCER. Now we have to get a biopsy & confirmation to choose another doctor to treat the cancer. When I walk in the office, I'm greeted with a smile from Brenda. Sara is very polite and caring .. Nina very down to earth& caring they genuinely show care and concern. I had a colonoscopy scheduled. Mine it, this was scheduled a couple if not a few months ago. Let me first start off that Dr Rance is a remarkable doctor but their scheduling needs help. I was scheduled on a Monday but prior to my scheduled date, they call me on Wednesday saying I needed a clearance from my cardiologist. I had to spend the money to go see my doctor to get the clearance, not to mention I bought the medication for the procedure.
