It goes on and on One of his client's was beaten to death in his cell 15 minute's after calling Him in Broome County Jail. This is the rudest business I've ever dealt with, if I talked to customers like that receptionist talked to me I would've lost my job long ago. Wouldn't recommend this law firm to my worst enemy.
This guy is a complete utter joke! He extorted money from me to represent a family member. Makes me sick seeing him on TV representing others! Throughout his representation of my family member, not once I receive any paperwork or documentation of the work he was supposed to be doing! However I did get weekly phone call saying I need more money to be able to do this that and the other thing. The outcome was him showing up late to court, he did not represent my family member in any way shape or form and resulting in my family ... read more
Ronald Benjamin and his lawyer partner are convicted criminals and sanctioned lawyers Ron is not allowed in the us supreme court appeals court banned for life. Beware of this law firm run run run far away FU RON
My advice: Avoid like the plague! You could not do worse! What follows is my honest opinion-any errors in fact are inadvertent. We hope to find ways to prevent him from harming any more people. If enough people submit complaints , perhaps he will be stripped of his license. That would be nothing short of a godsend!
