It's always unfortunate when we hire someone and in the end not be satisfied with the results. But I really had no concerns because I believed when I informed this contractor that the accent walls were in need of more paint he would be willing to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of his work. Have had Mr. Perozzi several times for various issues that needed attention; from replacing doorstops & hanging pictures to repairing drywall, tiling, rescreening, putting up light fixtures & cabinets, & connecting a dishwasher. That's only a portion of my list. I believe he can do all or most. Found his costs to be very reasonable. He let me know in advance the supplies he needed to perform the work, saving me money on his time. I found him to be reliable, professional, & helpful with suggestions, but never overbearing. Ron was very pleasant to work with and had very fair pricing. He did a good job on my small home repairs and showed up on time. I will be using him again and wish I could find a handyman like Ron in Orlando!
