I just completed the survey I received in the mail but noticed that it is returned to Indiana. On the off chance my comments never make it back to the staff, I just wanted to say how appreciative I am of the care I received there. Becoming seriously ill on vacation is never a good experience, but, without exception, everyone I encountered there was thoughtful, concerned, and kind. I am alive today because of the care I received there and cannot thank you enough.

Our vacation was interrupted by my husband’s acute pancreatitis! That, along with other issues, kept him here for eight days. We have been extremely pleased with everything and everybody! I couldn’t have asked for better care, friendlier people, or more help! Being from a big city from the mainland, I had no idea what to expect....it was awesome! Our heartfelt thanks to all of you who touched our lives during this difficult time!! You rock!!!!
I drove my mom from Waikoloa to emergency and we received excellent care at 10pm. Great advice from Ryan that we could use in the future. Keep up the great work!
