Here's the deal, I've spent more money on plumbing in the last four years than on any other home issue, combined. It turns out that with this house we've inherited decades and decades of plumbing surprises that all seem to be coming up at once. While both Jared and Brad were helpful, it was Brad who gave extraordinary service. He was patient and professional in every way. We were under the wire with the house closing bearing down and Brad made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Brad was courteous and kind and we are eternally grateful to him. Joyce in the office was also an enormous help.
