Dr. Ron saved my life by diagnosing a rare condition that was life threatening. I miss him so much. To the person who posted a negative review in June 2018- he DIED May of 2018. No reason to leave a negative review for a doctor who did so much for so many.
I have never met Dr. Santasiero, but I will not go back to Sedona because of the arrogant woman at the front desk. Alexis answers the phone and makes an uncomfortable situation even more uncomfortable. I finally got the courage to call and make an appointment for something that I was struggling with and she spoke to me in such an arrogant manner that I almost hung up mid conversation and never went back. She talks down to people and she is not helpful at all. I loved Marlene, but I won't return.
Because he's been a Godsend...He's the only doctor I was blessed to find that truly cared about me & wouldn't give up on me no matter how difficult my health issues were to diagnose. Gave me accurate diagnosis's to every health issue I've suffered from when others said it was all in my head. He's just an all around great doctor in every aspect a patient needs. His staff is amazing too. Very personable,caring, & friendly. Dr.Ron & his staff are the greatest answer to my prayers!
