The quality and courtesy of this office have trended in the wrong direction over my past few visits. Historically, I have forgiven the impoliteness of the receptionist. Over the past couple of years I have also been very understanding of scheduling changes or consistency in service due to staff shortages that were made transparent. I have been a patient with Dr Lemmo for over 10 years, he has filled cavities, root canals, caps and implants. He and his staff are very caring and professional and I hope to continue with him thru my change in health care provider.

I went to Dr Lemmo after first being unhappy with 2 other dentists. The first dentist's work kept falling out, and while he would redo it at no charge, it got a little old having a cavity filled 2-3x. The next dentist told me that I had a grinding problem, needed $20,000 worth of work done, and that I had no options. So, I went for a second opinion, Dr Lemmo. Dr Lemmo gave me options (considerably less $$$ than my 1st opinion). I had a fair amount of work done by Dr Lemmo including whitening. All work was done VERY well and ... read more
