It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule that wasn't too far in advance. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit including the water's temperature they used to rinse my teeth. They gave me information about fees and payment plans before my treatment when I asked them about it.
