I had my 1st son at 27 weeks. Three weeks after he was born he was rushed to Lucille Packard in Palo Alto at that time in my life things were really hard. I was on my own with my baby boy. The hospital connected me with the Ronald McDonald house so i had a place to sleep while he was in the hospital. If it was not for them i would hav we had to sleep in a chair at the hospital and not eat healthy. I am greatful for this group. They made me feel i had someone when i had no one to help me through the hardest time of my life.
We stayed here in December when my daughter was in the NICU. After 4 days and many miles of driving back and forth from home right after a c-section it was such a relief to be able to stay close to our baby and have our family together. The home had everything we needed to get by, including toys for my six year old to enjoy. The staff was wonderful also.
This place is very professional and treat you like family
