Wow what a joke. I waited a year to see the most impatient and arrogant no empathy doctor I've ever met. I'm 50 and i own my house. I do yard work and take care of the place. I've had back issues and heart related issues. He told me to move to an apartment so I don't have to take care of anything. Dr is so kind and really cares about his patients
My husband saw this provider in Nov 2023 for acute back pain. ( His regular provider in the clinic could not see him) Dr. Ortiz walked into exam room, did not introduce himself and said " So tell me about your pain and sob story." I cannot believe my husband even gave him the time of day. He did not even touch my husband, no exam and said " it's probably muscle spasm." I will give you a muscle relaxer ( My drives for a living.and had his uniform on with his title and name,.apparently drowsiness isn't an issue for drivers for... read more
