The Best Lawyer Ever
Mr. Kaplan blew up a real estate deal by advising his client not to purchase based on his incorrect assumptions about the building and its association. He ignored the bylaws (which he had a copy), and cost everyone time and money. Extremely irresponsible and lacking professional ethics.
