STAY AWAY!!!! If you have already had a consult the RUN AWAY! If I could give him zero stars I would! Dr. Downs did a “so-called” breast lift with implant exchange on me. Had a cosmetic procedure on my left ear and highly pleased with the results.
Not recommended for any surgery. Read reviews, ask around and do your research. I'm surprised he's still practicing (I mean that literally) after my experience.
He paid no attention to my concerns. He was in and out of our visit like it was an inconvenience every time. And I have not healed properly from his procedures. Worst experience of my whole life.
