UPDATE#2; Double check with your new dentist that they received the correct records. My family's records were not sent to the new dentist. Smile Montana sent someone else's instead. EDITED: I understand the need to merge with another clinic so you can retire but I don't understand the neglect in telling the anxiety patients that you are doing it so they can prepare for their future visit. So instead I find out the day of the appointment. It has been said the new owners refused contacting the special needs patients when they took over. I will NOT give them the opportunity to neglect their responsibility and due diligence with my family again.
Doctor Jarvis is great and so is the staff. I appreciate that they take before and after pictures to clearly illustrate what needs to be fixed.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jarvis and his staff today! From the moment I walked in the staff was warm and inviting. Jennifer, my hygienist, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. She was also wonderful to visit with. Dr. Jarvis is very compassionate and gave me great insight on what’s happening with my oral health in a way that was easy to understand.
