Doctor Jacobson is simply amazing. He is not only unique specialist but very warm and kind person. Yes, the office doesn’t take many insurances and it’s not easy with the appointments but it’s totally worth it. Thank you Doctor Jacobson!
Disappointing care. Gave my daughter who has seizures new medication, and when she had severe complications from it no one could be reached for advice or help. No answer on the office phone, left several messages and no return calls. Absolutely disgraceful and negligent for a doctor to run a practice like this.
Gave wrong dose and possibly misdiagnosed Doesn’t know the difference between a kid being a kid and a kid with ADHD
Just called right now for the 1st time on 8/14/23 @ 10:46am and was placed on hold for 18 minutes.... I simply hung up. Very unprofessional & inconsiderate. No one even came on to say, "we know u r waiting, give us a moment." Staff could have taken my phone number down and called me back after waiting beyond 5 minutes on hold. I will look else where. I have a child special needs who requires immediate attention... Respect & consideration goes a long way.
